🦋 The Butterfly That Teaches Us to Let Go

There’s something about butterflies that always touches me. Maybe it’s their quiet way of changing, their grace in letting go of what they once were.

A butterfly doesn’t rush. She trusts the darkness of her cocoon, even when nothing around her makes sense. She knows that silence can heal, and that sometimes you grow most when no one sees you.

When I think about it, that’s what life feels like too. We hold on to so many things, old fears, stories, and versions of ourselves we’ve outgrown. But there comes a moment when the heart whispers: It’s time to breathe. It’s time to let go.

Letting go isn’t losing. It's remembering that we’re allowed to be light again, to open our wings slowly, gently, bravely.

Maybe the butterfly doesn’t teach us how to change, but how to trust, trust the pauses, the endings, and the quiet beauty of beginning again. 🌿

🌸 A little ritual for today

Light a candle, close your eyes, and think of one thing you’re ready to release. Breathe it out. Watch the flame flicker, and imagine it turning into wings.

With love,

Alessandra 🌸
